TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SEEDER

  • 1. USER ACCOUNT
    • 1.1 As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
    • 1.2 Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
    • 1.3 Accounts are not transferable.
    • 1.4 You can edit some details on your user settings after log in.
    • 1.5 Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
    • 1.6 You can have any number of accounts as you want.
    • 1.7 After registration you will be able to see some additional pages, like Statistics or History.
    • 1.8 You have 30 days to pay your $3.99 fee. After this period your account will be deleted.
  • 2. SEEDERS
    • 2.1 You may Seed as many people as you want.
    • 2.2 Every one of your Seeds, as Seeders, must share unique email addresses.
    • 2.3 You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your Seeder. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
  • 3. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY
    • 3.1 Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
    • 3.2 Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
    • 3.3 We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at The Seeder.
  • 4. PAYMENTS TO USERS
    • 4.1 All payments will be made via AlertPay. No other method of payment is available at this time.
    • 4.2 All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 24 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
    • 4.3 The minimum amount of cashout is $3.00. When you receive money on AlertPay you must pay them very little fee for the transaction. That's why better hold your money on The Seeders account and cashout when it reaches higher sum.
    • 4.4 You can only request one payment at a time. All balance you have that moment will be transfered to your AlertPay account.
    • 4.5 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
    • 4.6 You must have a correct and existing AlertPay email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled. To have your payment sent by AlertPay, be sure to have a AlertPay account in a country whose accounts can receive money by AlertPay and log in from one of those countries.
    • 4.7 Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
    • 4.8 The Seeder remains do not do payment to user without any reason.
  • 5. PAYMENTS TO THE SEEDER
    • 5.1 All payments are done using AlertPay. No other method of payment will be accepted.
    • 5.2 All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
  • 6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
    • 6.1 We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
    • 6.2 All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all associated Seeders taken away and no refunds will be given.
    • 6.3 All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
    • 6.4 If user does not apears on the Seeders website for 90 days, or did not added any Seeds in his list for the same time period, this account will be deleted with no refund.
  • 7. LIABILITY
    • 7.1 The Seeder will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to The Seeder and therefore beyond our control.
    • 7.2 The Seeder reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
    • 7.3 The Seeder will not be held responsible for any of its users. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
    • 7.4 The Seeder is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
